WoW Wii!

Published by Addict at 7:59 am under Technology Edit This

After hearing “Sorry, we don’t have any in stock” for the 16 hundredth time, we began to lose hope. Twenty minutes before it closed we approached our last shop, not expecting anything. However, our luck was in, and we left 10 minutes later with a Nintendo Wii (but we appeared to have lost quite a substantial amount of money in the process)…

I have not logged into World of Warcraft since, and I doubt I will for a good few days. Comparing the two is difficult however. One has an enormous story line and also happens to be extremely complexed. The other is simple, fun and active.

Perhaps a combination of both would be perfect; rogues stabbing their opponents (much like jabbing in Wii boxing) and casters casting spells with complex hand movements. This would certainly prevent the problem of ‘numb bum’ many players suffer while playing World of Warcraft. So I hear…

Lets start a campaign!

Congrats! It is amazing that getting a Wii is still so difficult. I have to wonder why/how Nintendo has not solved this problem yet. Maybe it is part of their marketing strategy.

What games did you pick up?

All we have are Wii Sports, WarioWare, Zelda, and the other sports-ish game that came with it. We play it with the kids, guests, everyone. Its great. We need some more games though!

It’s an online only game, unfortunately. And yes, it is fairly cool :D
